A few months ago, my wife and I came up with a unique (as unique as any idea can be) idea for a romantic comedy about a rapidly approaching wedding that the bride-to-be isn't ready for. We wrote down about a page of ideas, main characters, basic plot, main plot points, how it starts and how it ends.
I was at the in-laws and on the road most of the day, so I needed to work on something besides commercials that wasn't going to require research yet.
We worked out a log line and a couple of points for the story anatomy. I'll try to squeeze in some time here and there to work on it, but it's not a priority right now. This will probably be the next screenplay that I work on, but it's a long ways away.
